Greenhouse grower, Brunato Farms approached us to develop a
custom PTI labeling solution for a newly installed 12-lane pack line. The
solution we provided allows workers to print GS1 compliant PTI labels on demand
right at the pack line with a single press of a button.
When pallets are ready to ship, labels are printed and
scanned and the system generates and prints paperwork right in the shipping
area.
A custom designed harvest report provides Brunato with
a valuable overview of the yield achieved from various zones within the
facility.
